Hygge philosophy

"HÜGA" is the phonetics of the Danish word "Hygge". Word that has no literal translation into other languages. It refers to an ancient philosophy of life of the Nordic countries, adopted today by thousands of people around the world, which every day has more followers. It affirms that happiness is in the simple things of every day, and that we can discover it if we register the emotions and sensations that situations that usually go unnoticed produce us. It proposes us to practice mindfulness: "mindfulness", connect with "the here and now", and enjoy the small daily pleasures, with others or with ourselves. Reading, a family after-dinner, a drink in good company, playing with our children, cooking as a couple, listening to music, watching a sunset, a starry sky, dipping your feet in the sea, etc., would be good examples of "moments hygge ".
